Hope Institute offers a comprehensive range of thematic programs aimed at promoting sustainable development, peace, and human rights in South Sudan. The programs are grouped into different thematic areas including social services such as education; (formal, informal and vocational training), healthcare; (primary health care, reproductive health and mental health and psychosocial support). WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene), food security and livelihoods (agriculture, livestock support and food assistance. Protection (child protection, GBV and civilians protection).
Protection, Transitional Justice and Legal Aid (access to justice, human rights advocacy and legal education; policy and civic engagement (civic education, community mobilization and outreach, advocacy and lobbying program); gender and advocacy program (gender equality and gender mainstreaming, women empowerment and advocacy for policy change). Women and youth empowerment program through skills development, literacy, economic opportunity and mentorship. Ptomotion of democracy and good governance through civic engagement.
Conflict resolution and peace building (training, community engagement and dialogue, community led peace initiatives, reconciliation and healing programs); capacity building training program for community leaders and CSOs as well as institutional strengthening program; research and documentation program, research analysis and reporting, dissemination and knowledge sharing.
Nakumatt Kel Arts, Culture, and Sports Program designed to provide a platform for talented young people to showcase their skills in modeling, art and music. Provide cultural orientation programs for South Sudanese immigrants, helping them to adjust to life in the diaspora especially the USA.

Hope Institute focuses on promoting peace, reconciliation, and development in South Sudan through conflict resolution and peace-building initiatives by enhancing community relationships and reduced conflicts, increase local capacity for conflict resolution and foster peaceful coexistence.
GENDER & HUMAN RIGHTS ADVOCACY
Hope Institute advocates for gender equality and human rights with an aims to promote gender equality, human rights, and social justice through advocacy, research, and community engagement and women's rights.
TRANSITIONAL JUSTICE & LEGAL AID
Hope Institute's Transitional Justice and Legal Aid program in South Sudan aims to promote accountability, reconciliation, and access to justice for victims of human rights abuses and conflict-related crimes. Hope Institute's program plays a crucial role in promoting transitional justice and access to justice in South Sudan, addressing the needs of vulnerable populations and contributing to the country's path towards reconciliation and stability.
WOMEN & YOUTH EMPOWERMENT
HI support women and youth empowerment initiatives, including economic empowerment, education, leadership development programs, vocational training, provide mentorship and coaching for vulnerable women and and unemployed youth, focusing on leadership development, entrepreneurship, and career advancement. The program establishes youth multi-purpose centers.
SOCAIL SERVICES & DEVELOPMENT
Our social services program focuses on key areas of healthcare, education, WASH, agriculture, food security and livelihoods, by providing access to clean water sources and sanitation facilities, supporting formal and informal education for vulnerable children, supporting health facilities and protecting vulnerable individuals, especially women and children, from violence and exploitation, supporting sustainable agriculture practices .
CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAM
Hope Institute's capacity building and institutional reform program for local government is an initiative aimed at strengthening the country's institutions and enhancing the capacity of its workforce. Hope Institute, in partnership with international organizations and donors, implements capacity building programs in South Sudan.
NAKUMATT KEL, ART, CULTURE & SPORT
Our mission is to help young people achieve their potential through empowerment projects that inspire them to play a key role in peacebuilding and recovery of their country, by fcilitating sport events activities, art, culture and music, modelling and fashion shows and other relevant activities to achieve this goal.
