Program mission
Hope Institute's Transitional Justice and Legal Aid program in South Sudan aims to promote accountability, reconciliation, and access to justice for victims of human rights abuses and conflict-related crimes. Hope Institute's program plays a crucial role in promoting transitional justice and access to justice in South Sudan, addressing the needs of vulnerable populations and contributing to the country's path towards reconciliation and stability.
Program Objectives:
- Strengthen transitional justice mechanisms to address past human rights violations.- Provide legal aid services to vulnerable populations, including women, children, and marginalized communities.- Enhance access to justice for victims of conflict-related crimes.
